Build a Better Social Media Strategy

Social media users fall into tiers of usage. When we're first starting out, learning the medium and what it accomplishes, we're in the first tier. Then, when we're ready to build a strategy converting leads to sales, the rules change a bit. We become more discriminating and move into the second tier, engagement, or the third tier, the holy grail of conversion. The seemingly mysterious mechanisms by which this occurs comprises a set of questions my clients frequently ask.
