Sherri L. McLendon, M.A., O.M., of Professional Moneta, is a divinely inspired Moneta Marketing Mentor and creatrix of the Moneta Movement for spiritual and holistic female entrepreneurs offering their gifts to the world. Sherri holds an MA in journalism and mass communication from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia (2004). With more than 20 years of journalism, marketing, and mass communications experience, Sherri reorganized her existing brand, McLendon Bylines, an independent freelance copywriting and editing service, to serve the "done for you" needs of spiritual, conscious and holistic entrepreneurs served through Professional Moneta. She is 2011 and 2010 president, and a 2009 board member of the Public Relations Association of Western North Carolina. She is also an ordained Madonna Minister. She and her partner, Scott Parker, have a son, Riley, who was born on St. Patrick's Day, 2006.
